Vehicles From design of product and mold, reliability verification, die process, sample testing to mass production, KST builds consistent production process in vehicle connectors which are fully applied to the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System. Also, KST introduces the automated production and CCD automatic inspection equipment for mass production in order to assure the stability of manufacture quality.

Distribution Project Nylon cable ties and related wire accessories have been widely applied in factory operations, industrial wiring, and house wiring engineering. The KST nylon cable ties support a complete range of specification. For excellent tightening ability and durability, these products use nylon raw materials from world-class suppliers and do not utilize any regrinding resins. In addition, the UV resistant type and low temperature resistant cable ties can be used in outdoor or harsh environments.

Shipping The severe environment of the marine industry demands for the highest reliability and weather resistance of cable tie products. The series of stainless steel cable ties have received ABS and DNV certifications, and they can be applied in airplanes, mining engineering, and drilling platforms. The steel-ball cable ties can provide more efficient bundling performance. In addition, KST also supports the stainless steel cable ties with special surface treatment for strong-acid on strong-base environments such a the chemical engineering industry.

Transportation The copper tube terminals with various sizes and specifications can be applied in transportation constructions widely, such as electric devices in high-speed rails and urban rapid transit, the electric power transmission of general railways. KST also provides various products, including single-trapped-hole, double-trapped-hole, and other types with 45 degrees or 90 degrees. In addition, KST manufactures customized copper tube terminals in accordance with customers' requirements.

Agricultural Machinery All electric agricultural machineries, electric scooters, electric forklift, and uninterruptible power systems (UPS) are compatible with the KST battery modular connectors. For the 1 Pole and 2 Pole connectors, the adaptable current is 15 ~ 350 amperes, and can withstand up to 600 volts. Moreover, KST has developed waterproof connectors with ingress protection ratings of IP67 that are suitable for various outdoor environments.

Machinery & Equipments The KST products for machinery and equipments industry support a series of quick-connect terminals for automation equipment, machine tools, audio control unit, and other electromechanical devices. The products also support not only a complete range of size and insulation materials, including PVC, PA66, PC, and so on, but also different surface treatments, including tinning-plated products or high durable materials such as gold plating and silver plating.

Infrastructure The KST products in infrastructure support a series of non-insulated copper terminals for the power supply system, including electric power plants, power transmission equipment, transformer stations, and transformer boxes of factories and houses. The applicable wire gauge spans from 0.5 square mm to 325 square mm, and the withstanding current capability can go up to 690 amperes. All products have received UL certification.
